Sponsors Steel Benders UK can’t wait for “biggest Tribute Festival on Teesside”

With “the biggest tribute festival on Teesside” rapidly approaching, headline sponsor Steel Benders UK is excited to be supporting the Seaton Carew showpiece for a second year.

The two-day Open Jar Tribute Festival, presented by By The Sea Leisure, is set to take over Seaton Carew on Friday, September 5, and Saturday, September 6 for the third year in a row.

Festival Growth and Lineup

The festival, which last year attracted 9,000 people over the two days, and has sold-out in previous years, promises to be bigger and better than ever, with a brand-new tent and a lineup featuring top tribute acts from across the UK.

The headline act for the new tent is dance music legends N-Trance, famous for their iconic 90s hit Set You Free.

The Anything Goes stage will host high-energy tributes to artists like Pitbull, Prodigy, Beyoncé and Fatboy Slim, alongside 90s DJ sets and a family-friendly singalong.

On Friday, festival-goers can expect tributes to Sam Fender, Dolly Parton, Foo Fighters, Blondie, Coldplay and Arctic Monkeys.

On Saturday, the lineup includes tributes to Queen, Oasis, Take That, Kylie Minogue, The Killers, The Beatles, Elton John, Pink, Adele and Taylor Swift.

Sponsors Backing Local Community

Ashleigh Glass, finance manager at Steel Benders UK, is looking forward to heading back to the event.

“It was a fantastic festival last year, and we are thrilled to be heading back again as the sponsor,” Ashleigh said.
“We are also delighted to be part of an event in a local community where we are in the process of moving our facility.

It was a fantastic family event, for children, adults and everyone. It was a super vibe with a great turnout. We will be supporting both days again and we will be going along to have a fantastic time.”
