AN AMBITIOUS software development and digital marketing company from Teesside is looking to open new offices in London and the Costa del Sol.
The forward-thinking moves form part of Hartlepool-based Property Webmasters’ grand expansion plans to increase international exposure.
Jamie Arthur, the business’ Chief Executive Officer, and his team have already started to identify possible locations in the capital and in southern Spain.
Property Webmasters has seen a continued rise in demand of its services, specialising in generating leads for estate agents globally, and that has led to this next step.
Mr Arthur, 40, said: “We want to expand our presence overseas. People have now understood the importance of getting digital and we want to lead the way with our growing team of staff.
“In order to keep the momentum going we are looking at having new offices in the UK and beyond.
“Among the wide-range of clients we have internationally are those in the Costa del Sol and in London. We also have competitors in London – but we feel we have a much stronger offering.
“A lot of our competitors outsource what we offer. If we went to London, for example, we know we would be an ideal all-in-one marketing solution for clients.
“I have made a few enquiries in the Costa del Sol. I want to do something quite bold to grow the business as soon as possible. Within the next six months we will have an office presence overseas.”
Based on Church Square, Hartlepool, Property Webmasters’ staff includes digital marketers, software engineers and designers.
Luke Fleming, Digital Marketing Manager, said: “We want to connect to our existing clients on a personal level much more, as well as looking to continue to grow the business and expand our international presence, these moves will enable us to do that.”
Property Webmasters can boast being trusted by numerous global real estate firms such as Chestertons, Coldwell Banker, Sotheby’s and Century21 to name a few.
The company has made enormous progress since Mr Arthur set up on his own after a split with a local design agency four years ago. It now proudly owns its own headquarters.
He said: “Due to our popularity and international partners we have attracted business from around the world. On a daily basis we have conversations with potential clients internationally.
“We have a lot of clients across Spain, the Canary Islands and the Balearics. We have a considerable presence in the Caribbean and right across Europe: Holland, France, Germany, Belgium, Italy…”
Mr Arthur, a former student at Hartlepool’s High Tunstall College of Science, added:
“I do feel proud of what we have achieved. We are a small business by all accounts, but the fact we can attract clients from across the globe is testament to the hard work we do.”
