Appointment: Meet the new Rephrase recruit

Rephrase PR & Media Services has confirmed a new appointment as part of its growth plans.

Teesside-based Rephrase has announced that Bianca Payne will now have a dual role in the business, using her extensive experience in the customer services sector to develop relationships with clients.

Bianca, 39, will combine duties as PA to the managing director of Rephrase alongside the management of social media accounts.

“I am delighted to be on board and to be entering the next chapter of my career with Rephrase,“ said Bianca.

“Over the years I have organised various promotions and events up and down the country and I can’t wait to put my skills to good use to help the business grow.

“I have already started working with a couple of clients and I am excited to build long and successful working relationships with them.”

Bianca joins Rephrase after spending the last 13 years working for Virgin Atlantic as long-haul Cabin Crew. She has also worked for various promotions and events companies over the last two decades.

As well as managing clients’ social media campaigns, Bianca will communicate with existing and potential clients in her role as PA to the managing director, Paul Fraser.

Paul, the former Chief Football Writer at The Northern Echo, created Rephrase after spending more than 20 years working in the industry as a highly-skilled journalist.

Now Paul has the sole aim to manage reputations and deliver a range of media solutions to clients in regional, national and global markets.

The aim of Rephrase is to provide a bespoke service for select clients while maintaining long-term relationships with them in a bid to achieve their respective goals.
